General Terms & Conditions

  • Prices Mentioned In The Itineraries Are Inclusive Of Selected Bookings — Transportation, Accommodations & Stays as mentioned in the respective sections. Anything not specifically mentioned is excluded.
  • In-case of unavailability due to any reason, The Tarzan Way will offer alternate Similar Activities/Transfers.
  • The Tarzan Way Is Not Liable For Any Mishaps At The Accommodation, Transportation or Activities, Though Will Be Providing Live Customer Support For the Same.
  • Any Cost Or Cancellation Charge Arising Out Of Unforeseen Circumstances Is Not Included.
  • Travellers Are Requested To Take Care Of Their Belongings And TTW Is Not Liable For The Loss Or Theft Of The Belongings.
  • Early check in is subject to hotel policies and may be chargeable.
  • Hotels may require a refundable security deposit.
  • In-case city tax is applicable, it shall be payable at the time of check in as per applicable laws.
  • Charges for seat selection, meals and excess baggage shall be applicable as per airline policy.
  • Visa Disclaimer: The Tarzan Way acts solely as an intermediary for your visa application submissions. The grant or refusal of the visa is at the discretion of the respective Embassy. We are neither liable nor responsible for any delays in processing, granting, or rejection of visa applications. Additionally, embassies may request extra documents, supporting materials, or additional fees at any time, for which The Tarzan Way is not responsible. We must comply with any new regulations or requirements to process visa applications for specific countries.

Bookings & Cancellations

  • Cancellation fees -
    • Cancellation for flights will be as per airline policy.
    • For the land package, the following cancellation policy shall apply unless stated otherwise:
    • 0% of the total experience fees if canceled 45 days before the experience.
    • 25% of the total experience fees if canceled 30 days before the experience.
    • 50% of the total experience fees if canceled 15 days before the experience.
    • 100% of the total experience fees if canceled 10 days before the experience.

Force Majeure

  • Neither The Tarzan Way nor its service partners shall be held liable for any failure, delay, interruption, or cancellation of travel services caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, severe weather, or other environmental catastrophes; war, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, or political instability; government actions, regulatory changes, travel bans, border closures, or sanctions; pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies, or quarantine requirements; airline groundings, air traffic disruptions, transport strikes, or infrastructure failures; or any unforeseen event that could not be prevented with reasonable care.
  • In case of a Force Majeure event, The Tarzan Way will make all reasonable efforts to inform end users at the earliest about the situation and its impact, provide alternative arrangements, rescheduling, or service modifications where possible, and facilitate refunds (if any) from third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, or activity providers, as per their individual policies.
  • Refunds in such cases are strictly subject to the respective supplier's Force Majeure and cancellation policies and not The Tarzan Way's standard policy.
  • The Tarzan Way's liability in Force Majeure situations is limited to the amount recovered from third-party suppliers on behalf of the customer.
  • No additional compensation shall be payable by The Tarzan Way under such circumstances.

Flight Booking Terms

  • Check-in shall be as per the airline standards, ideally 2 hours prior for domestic flights.
  • Booking & Cancellation Policy completely as per the policies of different airlines booked.
  • Full payment is expected in advance for the airline bookings and any changes to the bookings mentioned above will be dependent on airline policies.
